Cozy Pittsboro Escape-Close to Chapel Hill

My husband and I stayed here for about 5-6 weeks while relocating and waiting for our permanent residence to become available. We were very impressed with how well kept the unit is. It's very clean and cozy and has all the basics needed for a comfortable stay. It's in a pleasant and quiet neighborhood and very short drive to shopping, dining, highways, trails, etc. The host are friendly and happy to offer any suggestions that might help improve your stay and assist in getting to know the area a bit. So happy to have been able to stay here!

I recently stayed at this property while on a travel contract. The hosts were very friendly, attentive to needs and great hosts. I ended up needing to extend my stay after my initial three months. Tammy worked with me to ensure we worked everything out for my extension. The property itself met all of my needs and more. Beautiful, clean, neat environment inside and out. Very safe neighborhood and a quick car ride to shopping areas. I would definitely stay here again if/when I come back to town.

We stayed at Sherwood Forest Getaway from 1/15 to 3/15, 2024. It was a most enjoyable experience. The place is very well appointed with all the necessities needed for a comfortable stay. The king size bed provides for a restful sleep, and the kitchen has ample space and is well equipped. We especially liked the abundant storage space and computer desk. Sherwood Getaway is in a nice setting, surrounded by trees, yet close to town and shopping. Chapel Hill is not far away. We enjoyed afternoon walks around the friendly neighborhood. To top things off, T is a wonderful hostess with a great apartment that is well maintained.

I had a wonderful experience here and it felt like home away from home. It had everything I needed, including the washer and dryer. T is extremely accommodating and always made sure that I was comfortable. This was a great location to experience all the best of Raleigh, Durham, and Chapel Hill. The area is quiet with quick access to various stores. I would have stayed longer but work took me to a different state. This is a perfect location for anyone seeking an option for longer stays.

I cannot say enough good things about my stay here!! Great location, extremely comfortable bed, amazing shower & just everything someone would need for a long term stay. Owner doesnt live onsite but was great at communicating over the phone and the couple who lived in the main part of the property was very kind and helpful if I needed anything. I was sad to leave but if I ever am looking in the area again I will definitely try and stay here :) 10/10 recommend this property!
