The daylight basement gets plenty of light and is a private space. The apartment has its own bathroom with a large standing shower, its own living room with a gas fireplace, two closets, one of which is a large walk in closet, its own refrigerator, microwave and a kitchen caddy that works for dry storage and food preparation. The neighborhood is pretty quiet and safe. There isnt a lot of foot traffic and most of the time we dont have to worry about vehicle or home break ins. Located near the house is a Safeway, New Seasons, Trader Joes, Grocery Outlet and Fred Meyer. We are about 8 minutes from downtown Milwaukie and the river front area there. On Sundays there is a farmers market in Downtown Milwaukie and its really nice and has a great selection.
