I rented here for a 13 week assignment at Virtua Marlton and Voorhees hospital. It was an easy 15 minute commute to the hospital and the house is close to many restaurants, grocery stores, Target etc., all within close driving distance. I felt very safe in the house itself. It is a private code entry lock at the front door and is equipped with an alarm system you can set while home or away. I wasn't at the house too often due to my work schedule and traveling home on the weekends, but the interaction I had with the individuals living downstairs was always pleasant and never had any issues at all. The house has plenty of space to make it feel like home...with a full kitchen, bedroom and washer dryer. The owners are very easy to work with and provided privacy while also letting me know I could reach out if I ever needed anything. The only downfall to the entire thing was my hospital renewing me very late in the game and not being able to stay longer..no fault of the owner!
