0/10. He had no issues responding when it was time to send money for the move-in, but once I requested my security deposit back, he completely ignored my calls/texts. The "cleaning" crew he hired did a subpar job. The pillows/ linens were stained & old, the dishes were disgusting, & the shower curtain was old, stained/discolored. There were no cleaning supplies in the unit, so I had to buy everything myself just to be able to clean the place. The unit had no closet space, so no place to store clothes properly. Not to mention, I never even met the landlord. He never delivered the keys to me; I had to get them from the cleaning lady who showed up the same day as my move-in. Its disappointing when a landlord is so careless about maintaining the property & respecting tenants' rights. Im currently in the process of seeking next steps to resolve this unprofessional experience, save yourself the headache & find somewhere else.
