I cant say enough good things about M and S. They are easy to communicate with, laid back, and some of the nicest, most generous people Ive met throughout my traveling time! Highly recommend staying here.

If you are looking for a short term stay in Medford, this is the place you want to rent. M+S were fantastic hosts upon our initial arrival, providing easy and prompt communication. They were very kind and considerate and only around for a brief duration at the beginning of our stay, the rest of the time my husband and I had the home to ourselves during our travel healthcare assignments. The house if new, very clean and spacious. It has all of the amenities one would need to be away from home, including a full kitchen, W/D, decent sized backyard and ample parking on quieter street. This home is also conveniently located near shopping/food necessities like Target and Trader Joe's. Highly recommending staying at this residence when visiting the Rogue Valley.
