Spacious Private Luxury Duplex on Wooded Acre - Country Feeling, Yet Close to Everything

This is a nice apartment with all the basics. The bed is comfortable, kitchen well stocked for basic cooking needs, washer and dryer, and comfy couch to relax and watch TV. All the essentials were provided, sheets, towels, soap, tp. There is also lots of storage for clothes or any other belongings. Outside is a nice patio area overlooking the grass hill and lovely garden. There is very good lighting to and from the parking area, which is right near the door. The neighborhood is very quiet, safe, cozy and convenient to groceries and restaurants. Beaver Lake and a Bird Sanctuary are near by and a great place to take a walk or jog. The hospital (Mission) is an easy 10min drive. The owner, MJ, is very nice, professional, and any needs were met quickly.
