Clean with all new appliances(washer,dryer,refrigerator, dishwasher). NO pets and hardwood floors, great for someone with allergies. Attentive landlord. Easy walk to City Park and Canseco's market for groceries. Close to Jazzfest. Easy Uber downtown. GREAT STAY
