K is simply the best!! This is the second property of hers that I stayed at and its so cozy! House was clean and had everything you could need as a traveler. About 10 mins to the hospital (Aurora and even closer to St Nicks) and so close to several attractions including 3 sheeps brewery!! Staying as a single woman I always felt safe! Two large spacious bedrooms and tons of space for storage! Great communication with the owner and moving in was a breeze! 10/10 recommend any place that K owns!!
This property has a comfy and cozy vibe. Location is great! Well equipped with all the essential needs. K was an absolute pleasure to rent from. She was super accommodating. The house has a lot of space to relax in. Washer and dryer in the house was very convenient. I would definitely recommend this place to rent!!
