Charming 1BR Cottage w/ Patio and Private Entrance

Little backyard unit was perfect for my stay. Has everything you need inside, and K and her mother are gracious hosts that are willing to help assist with any needs in a timely manner. The surrounding area looks a bit rundown but the neighborhood itself is safe and has plenty of street parking available.

My stay at K's property was overall enjoyable! Separate from the main house, although directly behind it, you have privacy. Her mother was very kind and thoughtful. If they needed to work on any house projects, theyd ensure I wasnt sleeping before starting. The walls are thin so you can hear neighbors and such clearly. None of this ever disturbed my sleep though. I was able to take any issues I had to them and get them rectified. We had a small ant/spider issue of which we got the ants handled with pest control. The exterminator informed me that its hard to get rid of spiders since you cant really spray for them proactively. So those remained off/on throughout my stay likely due to a gap along the front door and outside. I just got my own bug spray to help with those. You are very close to Target, Luckys, the movie theater and a Bart station. Overall I felt safe in the neighborhood and in my space and would stay again!

Wonderful, quaint, quiet space, great neighborhood. Owner are hospitable and prompt when addressing any questions or concerns. Full Privacy is given with personal entryway privacy screen. One of the best temporary living situations I've experienced

Very tidy and lovely home equipped with everything you need. A good bed and nice bathroom. K is a great host and there when you need her, very nice and wants to share all she know about the area. We had a great stay!

Neighborhood is quiet with plenty of parking. Easy commute to the hospital. Will be coming back for another stay!
