Upscale DWTN Loft Apartments

My wife and I had a great stay at this apartment! The apartment was very nice and matched the pictures. It was conveniently located to a lot of restaurants and fun activities. We absolutely loved walking our dog in the Arch park almost everyday. The parking is gated and we never had an issue with theft. The only problem we had was when leaving the apartment a lot of homeless wandering around due to the proximity of downtown. Security often drove around but not 24/7 and I definitely had to walk my wife to her car and back anytime we left the apartment and at night at the dog park I had to be very cautious. Other than that we had a great stay and I would gladly stay here again!

J was very professional in the beginning and once we get to the apartment it was as nice as the pictures. However, the landlord J, was at times hard to reach when being contacted about technical issues. The internet/WIFI never works. The parking lot is located approximately 30 feet from the building. The parking lot is gated however the gate does not always work where it would stay open for numerous days. Within the 2nd week of living there, my vehicle was broken into. Theres a lot of homeless people arround the immediate surrounding of the building 24/7 often feel scared to walk alone specially coming from work at nights. after we move out I called and message J about getting refunded for unused days , over 30 days after I still didnt get a response from joel until I threatening to take legal actions. Thats when he message me a picture of a scratch on the stove and stated that he will use my remaining balance to replace stove.
