COZY APARTMENTS NEAR HEART OF HISTORIC DISTRICT

I throughly enjoyed my stay here. I was here for five months and didn't have any issues. It is very close to a quaint and beautiful downtown with excellent restaurants! The Fox River is only a few blocks away. I enjoyed many walks on the nearby bike path!!! Having my private entrance and off the street parking made it even better.

This cozy studio is perfect! Not only is it close to historic downtown, which is filled with restaurants, it is large and spacious! R is incredibly helpful and responsive if you need any help. I stayed over winter and was plenty warm (a gift for this southerner who was north for the winter!). Great neighbors and a great place to live if you are looking in the area!

This is a great place to stay. I had plenty of room in this studio apartment. Landlord addressed any issues quickly and with no problem. I had a private entrance and felt very safe. Parking in this the in the rear of the building. Apartment is walking distances to restaurants and bars. Also is a few blocks from the Fox River and biking trails. I would defiantly recommend this apartment. If I return to the area, I would rent this apartment again.

I am a traveler. My stay there was more than I could ask for.. Clean, charming, quiet AND cozy!!!!! Loved the privacy. I literally only had to take my bare essentials. Almost all of the things you need for a short stay or extended stay was provided. I had a private entrance AND parking. The landlord R was awesome as well. I never needed much, but anytime I did need something he was always available. If youre ever in the Algonquin or Elgin area this is the place for you!! Restaurants within a short walking distance, many grocery stores, coffee shops, etc. Highly recommended! I will definitely rent again if Im in the area.
