Town House close to Downtown

Great place in a quiet area. Landlord was very accomodating, and worked with me on my arrival and my departure. When you work where you never know what your exact departure date is then it is always good to have the person you are renting from work with you. Landlord worked with me and made the process smooth and easy. I would absolutely stay here again and appreciate all the communication!!!

The stay itself was fine enough, but when it came time to get my security deposit back, I was deflected, told it had already been issued, and that I should address the matter with someone else. A call to Keycheck revealed it had not been issued and that I was not working with a couple, but a rental company that was using Furnished Finder. I was also told I would owe less my last month. I assumed it was because I wasn't staying the full month. I paid the full 1200 without thinking about it and caught my mistake later. I asked for the refund and was told it it would be issued to me along with the security deposit. Upon recently messaging for it to be returned to me, I was told I confused the employee, and that I'm not actually owed any money back. I feel like I just barely got my security deposit, and that's only because I had hard and fast proof a payment had not been initiated. I still have not received over $200 that is rightfully mine.
