Charming, Peaceful Converted Art Studio 1BR Apt

I lived in this incredible apartment for 4 months while I was in Maine for a teaching job and, if I lived in Maine full time, I would WISH to live in this very apartment! On the second floor of a giant garage, you are amongst the treetops in the beautiful Maine woods (still only 5 minutes from town!) It is cozy yet spacious. The living area is bathed in natural light (but the bedroom can be made nice and dark for sleeping) The thoughtfully designed kitchen, the flexible living room, the awesome washer/dryer combo machine, covered parking... the list goes on. And I've saved the best for last: Penny the landlady. She is the absolute best neighbor and the most responsive landlord. Any question I had, she was on it right away. The apartment is extremely private but getting to be neighbors with Penny was the biggest bonus of all. THE BEST SPOT IN FARMINGTON!

Beautiful property in quiet part of town, place was all I could ask , quiet comfortable apt, property owner was amazing and quickly responsive to any needs, very few at that

I loved this cozy and comfortable private space. It has everything you need and isn't far from the hospital. P , the landlady is the best part of the apartment. So responsive and such a great lady.
