Little Bitty

I rented the Little Bitty for an entire year from Jan 6th, 2024, to Jan 22nd, 2025, and absolutely loved it. It's a legit HGTV tiny home and it didn't take me long at all to adjust to it. It's located on the alley behind the backyard of the owners house in the nice and quiet Abilene River Oaks neighborhood in southwest Abilene inside of Loop 83. Just like with anywhere in Abilene, it's 10-15 minutes from anywhere else in the Abilene metro area. It's got everything you need to live comfortably and relax after shifts at whichever Hendrick location you're working at, including a Magic Chef college fridge/freezer combo, Hamilton Beach microwave, toaster, Keurig, small kitchen/bathroom sink, really nice toilet that flushes properly, small shower heated by propane, AC/heater combo window unit, and a board that can be placed over the sink to place a hotplate/burner that you can request from the owners. Call or text them with any issues and they will very promptly take care them!

A beautifully restored small house with premium appliances in a great location! The property owners are very nice, honest and responsive to your needs. I fully recommend this property! 5 stars

Definitely recommend renting here! The owners are so kind, and the house is just about 10 minutes from everything since it's almost smack dab in the middle of Abilene. The neighborhood is quiet too. If I come back, I will definitely be seeing if this cute little house is available.
