S (S) is an awesome property owner. She is kind, resourceful, and hospitable with a great sense of humor. Treats you like family, not a house mate. A private bathroom with a heating light & anything you need is right in the studio (linens, microwave, mini fridge, coffee maker, & utensils). A wide open field in the back for you and/or your pup(s). A perfect location to settle in.
