What this property offers
The house is the Aunt unit for a group of townhouses. It has a forester back, which is quiet and inside the home it's very well appointed. It has all the immunities and luxuries and if you like to have a real peaceful comfortable home to stay in that's what it is. It has a lot of beautiful pieces of furniture but it's also very clean and is close to the gym close to shops close to restaurants. Those are all three minutes away.
There is Netflix and all sorts of channels on a flatscreen TV in the room which you can hook up I believe to your computer if you wish the bedroom has a small fridge in it too which is nice to put your cold drinks in
The smaller space has an ample room for a queen bed which it has. It's got a lovely long desk of drawers in it and cupboard space I went out looking out over a private back garden. It's right next to the bathroom up on the landing the whole home is fully furnished and there are two places to eat in the dining room, and in the kitchen is also a third on the landing place to work at big desk.
We are three minutes from Evans town center or Furies ferry Road and Evans to Lox Road. It takes 15 minutes to get to AU health downtown and 15 minutes to Piedmont Road hospital , its good for Eidsenhower , and Plant vogel too, it is close to club car headquarters and we have several doctors , medical students and nurses as well as nuclear Power plant employees that have stayed and do stay here.

I am Travel Nurse, enjoyed my stay at this property. The bedroom was very cozy and comfortable, with a refrigerator to store your food.The neighborhood is quiet and relaxing, which is nice after a long day of work. The Owner was an awesome host during my stay in Evans, GA .He is a very kind gentleman that goes above and beyond to make your stay comfortable. I highly recommend this place.
I am a travel physical therapist and really enjoyed my stay at this property. The bedroom was very cozy and you get your own refrigerator to store food. B, the property owner, is also gracious enough to allow you to store small food items in the main kitchen fridge. The neighborhood is quiet and relaxing, which is nice after a long day of work. B was an awesome host during my stay in Evans, GA and is a very kind gentleman willing to make your stay comfortable.

I have had a Traveling medical professionals and business professionals needing long term mid term or short term accomodation, here over the course of the year. My home is a sanctuary and very clean. We all do take the responsibility to look after the shared areas . The kitchen is a fully equipped kitchen, which leads out onto the garden with outdoor patio set . Its a sanctuary of art . The off street parking area is free. There is WIFI, Netflix , HULU and other Channels. Each room has a fridge.I welcome you !
