735 sqft Apt. completely separate from main house

My husband and I stayed here for about 13 weeks for a travel nurse contract! ~10 minutes away from MWHC! The place is very spacious, cozy, and comfortable! Lots of shops, restaurants, historical stuff to do in the area. Devan & his wife were incredible hosts! They were very kind, personable, and thoughtful. If any issues came up he was quick to respond. He was proactive with the winter weather providing us with a shovel and salt for the stairs!! The neighborhood felt very safe and was quiet. If we ever come back to the area we would love to stay here again!

This is our second time staying here (stayed at this property last year for 6 months) and there's a reason we came back! Great basement apartment with everything that we needed. Love that it's dog friendly too. Neighborhood is nice and quiet and close to all the stores. Devan and his family are great hosts!

This property is perfectly located in a quiet neighborhood, but close to lots of restaurants and shopping! The landlord D (and family) is very friendly and personable. He is easy to contact if their are issues. My husband and I expressed an interest in having a place to hang our coats and he installed something within days. This is a location we would stay at again, if we were in the area . Highly recommend this furnished apartment!
