Private bedroom and bath in a house

Two stars because it was clean. The bed is in terrible shape. I was promised that a "4 inch mattress topper" had been ordered, but it never materialized. There's a loud, aggressive pitbull mix next door - the wall separating the patios can easily be jumped by a motivated dog, Loud 80s music, and tv, played w/o regard to whether you might be working, or sleeping. One night at 12:30am I asked about the noise level; she said it was unavoidable as she's hard of hearing. There is an opening above the bedroom doors, which allows sound and light between the rooms and the common areas. Directly across the street from the bedroom is a house that has very loud backyard parties with amplifiers, until late into the morning (3am or so). Property crime also seems to be an issue; I left a brand new bottle of laundry detergent when I moved out, and when I texted about picking it up, Renae said it had been stolen. I left after two weeks, and it was a very long two weeks.
