Charming 1930's House in Boulder City Historic District

My husband and I spent a pleasant and peaceful two months in this historic home in Boulder City, NV. What a perfect location! Walkable to restaurants, shopping and parks. The homes in the area are well kept and the neighborhood is welcoming and friendly. M was quick to respond to all of our questions and requests. Her home is well appointed with all the necessities and comforts of home. We were perfectly happy staying there and very sad to have to relocate back to winter weather. We will stay here again, hopefully soon!!

I highly recommend this historic charming house. It has everything you need in a quiet and safe neighborhood in a great town. I loved living here. The house is spacious with a great kitchen and lots of sunlight through out. Patio table in the backyard for outdoor entertaining and enjoyment with an outdoor heater too. This place is absolutely perfect for a couple, small family or single individual. Close to everything! Grocery store, lake mead, can walk to Main Street with restaurants, etc. The landlord is fantastic and responds immediately to anything you may need and is very helpful with any questions relating to the property or town. Water in showers always have hot water and washer dryer is great. House is stocked really well including an air fryer, instapot, coffee maker, to a luxurious couch. I would definitely stay here again. The evening sunsets on the front porch are gorgeous. Truly feels like a home away from home but with a lot more charm. I hope you enjoy as much as I did.
