MONTHLY housecleaning, I am also clean. Find a tour of the premises on the website link (best viewed on a computer). I am quiet, like good communication, and am home between the hours of 7pm-8am and am sleeping most of that time. My neighbors are also quiet and very kind.

Peaceful room perfect for one. Single bed, overlooking a small backyard with birds that sing in the morning.
House is by the local elementary and high school on a quiet street in the middle of town. Friendly neighbors. 5 min to Walmart, 2 min from the bayfront, 5 min to hospital and Nye Beach.
