    There have been many major renovations on structural components throughout the years. New roof, carpeting, windows in most of the house, queen bed, sofa and love seat are new. This home is in a great location with a beautiful back yard. It is common to see deer wandering around. The back yard and deck are great areas to relax and unwind. The neighborhood is very safe. The home is near restaurants, trails, Thiensville Park, the Inner Urban trail, Harley Davidson in Thiensville, and a couple blocks from the river.
