I had an exceptional experience renting from A! Everything the property featured was in great condition, and A was quick to resolve anything that popped up during my stay. The house itself is not only furnished well from a practical perspective but an aesthetic one as well! A comfy-cozy atmosphere was a mainstay, which I especially loved in the evenings when unwinding from the day. It's close enough to downtown Minneapolis to not be an inconvenience for social activities and the nearby (literally a couple blocks away) park is massive, with plenty of paths/trails for outdoor recreation. As someone who was looking for access to both worlds without compromising one or the other, this was fantastic. Parking my car on the street was never an issue, there was always room in front of the property and never any questionable activity. For the price, you can't beat it, and if I hadn't moved across the country I'd still be living there instead of writing this review!
