We are located in the beautiful Santa Cruz mountains between Los Gatos and Scotts Valley. Our dear Auntie Carol was the first guest to stay in our cottage 7 years ago. The property: This property is located in the beautiful Santa Cruz mountains. After exiting from the Old Santa Cruz HWY, you follow a narrow, windy road amongst towering redwoods to the cottage- the drive alone is dreamy. The cottage is super cozy with lots of natural light and a lovely porch to enjoy the fresh air. It was very well equipped for long-term stays (kitchen items, linens, laundry, etc). The entire cottage was very clean (and I am picky with cleanliness). Although tucked into the woods, it is quite central with easy access to Santa Cruz or Los Gatos. The host: L was the best host I've interacted with while staying at a rental property. She is an excellent communicator and was readily available for any questions or concerns we had. She is a kind, honest woman who is loyal to her word. It was clear she wanted us to enjoy our time in her cottage. Overall, great experience and would recommend for a cozy mountain getaway!
