My bf and I stayed here with our cat for 3 months for a nursing contract. The place is great! Comfy beds, large tv, and a lot of space. It was really nice to have a driveway to park in that had cameras watching the space. It's located a walk away from numerous great restaurants and you feel safe walking around the neighborhood. Would stay again!
What an awesome stay! A classmate and I were on our internships for paramedic school, and this apartment came across our radar! It truly was the perfect place, meeting every one of our needs and expectations along the way. Ash was so responsive and made sure we were comfortable every step along the way; he makes sure you know he can adjust his level of communication/contact based what your wishes may be. The apartment itself is nicely stocked with comfortable furniture. The living room is so cozy with the fireplace and any TV show you'd ever want to watch! The AC/heat worked like magic. I couldn't hear Ash next door at all, it honestly felt we were the only ones in the duplex. It's in such a great location, about five minutes from downtown, but out of the city noise. It's within walking distance of great food! There's even a cute little back patio with furniture to hang out on. Overall, I had such a great experience, it was such a tranquil place to come home to after a long day! 10/10.
Had the privilege to stay at this property for 8 months and it was amazing. The Property: The property is very cozy. The cute small backyard is private and great for relaxing on a nice day. The house has everything you need. There are plenty of dishware, towels, appliances, and more. Internet speed is great for those working from home. The set up is perfect! The space does not feel tight or hard to walk through. It is very open and spacious. You have off street parking which is encouraging as well A (the property owner): Is phenomenal! A is very helpful not only for giving information on the property but even with things to do around the neighborhood. A is always looking for ways to make your experience better and more enjoyable. The Neighborhood: Super safe!! The neighborhood is so safe in our whole 8months here there was not one time we felt worried. There is also so much to do in the neighborhood. Plenty of food, parks, stores, and activities. Would stay again for sure!
We really enjoyed our stay here for 3 months. It is quiet & enjoyed the fenced in back yard. It had all the necessities we needed to be comfortable. It was brand new & cozy!
I found this apartment last minute via word of mouth and still cant believe how lucky I got! The location cant be beat, especially for healthcare workers. If you enjoy nightlife, great food, walkability, etc- this is the perfect spot. I was so stressed about parking in such a busy area, and felt spoiled rotten to have my own spot FOR FREE! My dog and I were welcomed warmly and treated with the utmost respect. You can definitely tell the owner cares about his property and has attention to detail. It felt like a fancy hotel suite! I really appreciate A working with me on dates of my short travel contract. He was great to communicate with and respectful of my space. As a single girl who travels alone, I worry about safety and want to feel secure. I never felt uneasy or anxious about my stay, which helped ease my concerns about traveling so close to the holidays. I cant wait to come back and rebook here! I will be a repeat customer ten times over.
