1 bedroom apartment 25mns from downtown Manhattan

I had awesome and excellent experience in this one-bedroom flat. The neighborhood is peaceful and clean. The place is accessible to my workplace, groceries and other needed place for me. The owner/lessor is very friendly and is willing to assist when necessary. As for the unit, what you see in the pictures and description is what you will get. I don't have any complaint or problem as to my unit. Upon my arrival it was very clean and well-maintained.

Landlords were great, very quiet and respected my privacy. Quick to respond if anything was needed, The neighborhood is nice and quiet close to bay and park. Would definitely stay there again! I stayed with my doggo, and he loved it too!

This property was exactly what we needed. The location was fabulous!! Right across the street from a beautiful park with a dog park and playground right within walking distance!! The owners and their adorable children were there for us if we needed them and they let us use the laundry facilities so it just made life that much easier. Its a great place to stay and the 3rd story walk up really keeps you in shape!!
