I'm a travel nurse who rented this property for 3 months. My biggest issue currently is that I have yet to receive my security deposit since leaving nearly a month ago. Owner has stopped communicating with me at this point. Other issues I ran into during my stay: - Heat went out 2 times. Fixed within a day or 2. - TV is outdated and extremely slow. Only 2 apps were downloaded and will not allow you to download more. Owner did not help fix upon request. - Hot water in the shower was not working properly on arrival. When owner was asked to take a look I was met with resistance. Was not fixed for a week and the ability to take a bath was disabled due to improper fix. - No closet. Only one proper dresser in the bedroom and a small chest. I had to purchase a clothes rack. - Inadequate cleaning supplies. I had to purchase a new broom as the one provided was not working. A vacuum was provided upon request. There was dog hair everywhere when I moved in.
