River Oaks Cottage

Look no further if you want to immerse yourself in tranquility and nature. The moment I drove up and saw the moss-laden trees, I was in love. The cottage iis conveniently located off the main road to Beaufort (15 minutes away) down a nice country lane. Featuring an open floor plan, large rooms, tall ceilings and abundant windows, the house is light, airy and very clean. The bedrooms are huge and there's lots of closet space too. The view across the marsh is fantastic. H and A, the hosts, are quick to answer questions and offer suggestions, but totally respect your privacy. Don't pass up an opportunity to stay at this amazing cottage!

This property was amazing! The live oaks,Spanish moss,marsh views,wildlife,sunrises and sunsets were just too beautiful to describe.The cottage itself was super clean and spacious with a well appointed kitchen and bathrooms.The beds were very comfortable with nice cozy linens-very important to me! Super fast wi-fi- also important! The owners were very gracious and accommodating.We loved our time here and would definitely come back.

This rental is for anyone willing to stop long enough to actually see their environment. The peacefulness, natural beauty, lovely accommodations, very nice neighbors and wonderful hosts.well you wont find it in a city. I have taken more photos than I can countgot here in time for Azalea blooms. And its quiet. Removed from everyday hassle. Imagine traveling nurses find a refuge here. Want to see low country while here? Everything very close by but have to admit these marsh sunrises and sunset are enough for me. The beds are very comfy and everything is clean. Dont miss out!

Im absolutely in love with this property. The views are one of a kind, and the interior is very nicely done! Its been remodeled and fashioned with coastal chic decor. The beds are very comfortable, bathrooms and kitchen are clean, and there is nothing better than waking up to this view. Your hosts are friendly and will help you with anything you need and beyond. An overall 12/10 experience. If you have the chance to rent this place, do not miss out!!!

It's hard to find a relaxing place when you're on the road. At River Oaks Cottage you will find your Zen. The live oak trees and spanish moss that great you on your drive to this cottage won't give you a clue to what you'll find inside. This cottage is a spacious, super clean, gorgeous home with vaulted ceilings, a well equipped kitchen, fast WiFi and plenty of closets. The decor is fresh and cozy with touches of lowcountry charm. Two tables for dining or work, make it your own. The views of the river are incredible. Get your camera ready. This location is very quiet and safe. The long lane leading up the cottage is perfect for a walk. We have stayed with host A and H many times. They are accommodating, knowledgable about the area and very friendly. t's easy to get into the city of Beaufort, or Parris Island and Charleston is only an hour away.
