Meig-Nificent Charm

Comfortable and spacious apartment. The pictures do not do this place any justice. My partner and I were very pleased with our stay. We had a great setup with a 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, living room, kitchen, coffee/wine bar and an office space. This apartment is approximately 10 minutes from Unity hospital and in a very convenient location. Walking distance to numerous bars and restaurants. The host was very responsive and accommodating. We would definitely stay again in the future.

This property is located in a great spot! 8 min drive to Strong Memorial Hospital, 2 min drive to the major highways, 4 min walk to local restaurants and bars, and 4 min drive to downtown. The apartment is very modern with washer and dryer in the basement which is convenient. Neighbors are very friendly and quiet. There is a private parking spot in back of apartment along with street parking in the front. There are many hiking areas nearby along with Ontario Beach thats 20 min drive, Wineries in Geneva about an hour drive, State Parks 35min-1.5 hour drive away, Niagara Falls 1.5 hour drive and Toronto 3 hr drive away. The owner is extremely friendly and responded quickly to our messages. He prioritizes comfort and goes out of his way to ensure we are happy with the property. If you are traveling for work and enjoy exploring the area you are staying at, I would highly recommend staying at this spot!

Located in a safe neighborhood and a short commute to area hospitals and dining. I thought no washer and dryer would be a pain, but there is a nice laundry mat literally about 500 feet away so it wasn't an issue at all.
