Truely, one of the best places I've stayed in all my time traveling. The owner, G, is amazing and responds right away if you have questions. Location is incredible if you're working at any of the downtown hospitals. The house is on a quiet, low traffic dead-end street with great neighbors and more than ample parking. I'm definitely a foodie and spent many of my evenings on Market Street, which is only a few minute walk and packed with great restaurants and bars. I wouldn't hesitate to rent this apartment again in the future.

hi, i'm a local architect with a duplex within walking distance to downtown hospitals. the property consists of two 1-bedroom apartments completely renovated, tile bathroom, granite in kitchen, quiet and nicely appointed. (i wouldn't expect anyone to rent a space i wouldn't live in myself!)
