This unit has 3 bedrooms but only one configured for sleeping with a king bed. The other 2 are set up for exercise and as an office. Best for 1-2 adults. No pets.
Beautiful neighborhood a few blocks from lakeside park and river channel that connects Madisons two major lakes with easy paddling and boat access. One of the best locations to view the sunset. Across the street from the unit is the southern end of Maple Bluff one of the most expensive neighborhoods in Madison where many homes are lakeside with docks and face west with views across the lake to the sunset. The condo was just a 10-15 min drive (depending on Madison traffic) to work at UW. It was in the goldilocks zone of being close enough to work and the city to enjoy all that Madison has to offer while being just far enough that you don't get all the negatives of city living. Several parks and neighborhoods to go walk/run in. Very safe area. The condo itself was very clean and supplied with everything that you would need, plus some extras like a super-fast electric kettle that I frequently took advantage of for tea on the balcony out back. The owner, Don, was very friendly, helpful, and responsive with any requests or questions. I enjoyed my stay here and would do so again.
About the landlord

I am retired and this is my retirement home. I generally do not spend the winter in Madison. I plan on renting my condo every January-April when I am gone. I hope you will enjoy your stay. This year (2024-2025) my condo may be available from November 1 until March.
