Great and clean place to stay. All the essentials are provided and very close to UTT. Safe neighborhood. Owner communicates well. I enjoyed my stay here!
This is honestly the best location to rent if you are working in Tyler, especially if its UTHET! The apartment is less than 5 minute drive from the hospital. Due to it's proximity, you'll also find yourself near food options and awesome parks! The owners are very accommodating, excellent communication with timely responses (even at night!), and super friendly. The apartment really had everything I needed from towels, baking sheets, to even the basics of a kitchen pantry. With a private entrance and beautiful backyard surrounded by trees and birds singing, there is a lot to appreciate! The owners take very good care of their home and it's evident in the apartment. I really enjoyed my time there :)
Beautiful Cozy Unit! I stayed approximately 9 months and would have stayed longer if my travel nursing contract wasnt over. The owners are very nice and keeps the unit well maintained! If Im ever in Tyler again this is where I will stay again!
