Property is cozy and in a quiet neighborhood. Easy access to hiking, biking and shopping. The town of Novato is very quaint with a small town vibe and close to big city fun. Owners are extremely courteous and provide local to-do- and must see lists. We Enjoyed living in this cottage feel home.
