This place has cute decor and a washed. However- travelers- do not sign any lease contract! If you get injured or have to go back home for a family emergency you'll lose your deposit and be met with no compassion even if you have paperwork to prove everything. Also if you do not like spiders or flies this is far too rural to remotely avoid any of that. Had flies everywhere despite a million bug sprays and preventative things, and spiders all the time. Closest grocery store is 10 minutes away with car, every time I checked GPS.

Tenant signed a four month contract but failed to understand the terms. She wanted to leave after 3 weeks to move in with friends. We gave her the option to pay out the contract or stay through her lease. She decided to stay. Two months later, tenant stated she hurt her knee at work, got a concussion and her employment was terminated, she wanted to go home. We asked for a termination letter from her employer so we could let her out of the lease and not pay the last months rent. She did NOT provide this. Tenant stated she was leaving September 4th but left August 30 knowing we were out of town and could not do a walkthrough. The apartment was not clean (we did not charge her a cleaning fee) and she did not pay the last months rent. In the first month, the tenant complained of bugs/flies which we promptly took care of and the tenant never mentioned them again throughout her stay. This is a rural (but beautiful) setting so it is possible to see the odd bug around.

My stay here was great! It's very peaceful and has a beautiful view. There are some thoughtful touches throughout the studio, including the coffee table that actually raises up like a desk, and the TV stand with a fireplace. During my contract here, I worked in 3 cities/towns and explored other surrounding cities. I found the location to be pretty central to the surrounding areas. After staying here for 6 months, I can say that this is a great option for other travelers. Thank you for your hospitality!
