Laundry room is to the right of the stair well. Spacious and able to store ironing board and vacuum if needed along with clothes hampers, etc. Brand new machines, lots of cabinets, drawers and counter space.
Perfectly placed window for fresh indirect natural light. This little counter, cabinet is just right; in there right place, just the right height and size. This is the brief hallway to the right of the stairs. Houses the fire escape window ladder.
Extremely well lit, spacious and accommodating hallway bathroom with a bathtub that is inviting. Double medicine cabinets, drawers and cabinets under this large vanity.

Hallway to the left. The master suite is at the end. The two other bedroom are at the top of the stairs.
This office/ bedroom is the first on the left side of the hallway. It has great lighting and views. It features a queen bed (medium) with drawers in the frame. Various pillows to select from. This is the only upstairs room in the front.

The queen mattress is of medium firmness. This room is spacious as is the closet which has a 5 tier shelf for storage. This room has views of sky,sunrise and sunsets as well as the entire block of backyards, besides the foothills to the north.
This bedroom/office is at the top of the stairs or on the right when heading down the hallway.

The master bedroom is at the end of the hallway. There is a medium-firm king memory foam mattress. The large bathroom is where there is a large walk in shower, TC with door, linen closet with door, walk in closet with shelves and a 2 sink vanity with lots of counter, drawers and cabinets under the vanity.
All mattress have mattress protectors, lots of linens and blankets. Various pillows to choose from.
The master bathroom space is just off the bedroom.
Soft water in all faucets due to very hard Winters water. Rugs cover floor at vanity and shower, not shown. Very roomy and well let with view of sky from several windows within view.
Cleaning supplies found under sink. Ample cabinet and drawers in this vanity. One medicine cabinet. All drawers and cabinets lined with plastic liner.
Well lit, private TC with door.
Spacious shower with tankless water heater supplying soft hot water.
Linen or whatever closet with a second towel rack.
A view from master bedroom back window of the small but big enough back yard where in the summer, there will be a table with chairs, umbrella, and BBQ.
Sun Umbrella stored in the garage is available for those sunny summer days. There is plenty of room on the patio to roll out the BBQ weather permitting!

We have had the most wonderful stay! This home is just perfect! The moment we walked in we felt at home. Fully stocked with everything you need and more. P & S were amazing, checking in to ensure we had everything we needed. They truly treated us like family. Highly recommend!!

My family and I stayed here while on my assignment in Vacaville. The commute was great. The home was so beautiful, perfectly furnished, and exceeded our expectations by far. The area/neighborhood is so safe and family friendly. P and S are wonderful hosts. They are always available if needed and are quick to respond to any concerns. We made so many memories here and fell in love with the small town of Winters. I would stay at P and S's place again for sure!
