Place is comfortable great space and the kiddos (fur) loved it. Couldn't ask for a better renter or next door neighbor! Mind you the backyard is open not fenced in and very close to your renter which I didn't mind but few times I went outside and there were people out and was not told. If you have pets plenty room in town to walk your dogs.
