First off, E and K are the best landlords you could ever ask for! Kind and generous people who are prompt to respond to any issues as well as provide great recommendations on places to eat or go. They also very kindly were mail delivery personnel when items invariably got delivered to their door and not mine. They even gave me a little Christmas present. Secondly, the neighborhood is absolutely stunning and super safe. Loved running through the neighborhoods and enjoying a coffee on the little patio. The space itself is very well kept and perfectly equipped for all your needs. It is a little on the smaller side but I managed to fit all my stuff without issue and I had a LOT of stuff. Overall, I couldn't recommend this space or these landlords enough! Wish I could have stayed longer!

Ernesto has lived in Oakland most of his life and Karen, originally a SoCal native, lived across the bay in San Francisco for more than a decade before moving to Oakland.
