Furnished room for rent

Lived here 10 months always paid my rent on time. Comfort and privacy were recurring issues. Mail was opened twice, and when confronted, she denied it. When asked for a "heads up" about her male friend visiting, she said, "This is my house, and I don't need anyone's permission." Great location, though, if you like your mysteries with a side of passive-aggression!
