The condo is approx 1100 sq ft with two spacious bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, spacious walk in closets attached to both bedrooms. It is in a quiet neighborhood but centrally located and close to the strip. The unit has everything you need for a long term stay. Rented through air bnb in the past - plenty of great reviews on air bnb.
Centrally located, few miles from the strip and downtown, close to the airport and easy access to freeways. Minimum rental period: month. Long term preferred

Reviews
This property was located centrally and had easy access to many amenities including transit, library, groceries, etc. We never had any safety concerns and our neighbors were friendly. The landlord was responsive and addressed any issues we had in a timely manner. It was additionally very convenient to have it fully furnished for our stay. One pain point on the HOA side: while they kept the landscaping well maintained, they were less good at addressing specific issues (e.g. parking stall light that was out the entirety of our stay despite constant contact).

I am a local of Las Vegas since 2010. My 15 year old grew up here and we call this town our home. I live in the South east part of town and get the chance to experience beautiful Vegas sunsets on the daily while on the way home from work!
