Howdy! We are Julian & Stephanie Kegel. We are the fourth generation operators of Kegel's Inn. My Great Grandpa, John Kegel opened this prohibition speakeasy in 1924 and ever since, has been the local's goto for Authentic German fare in the city. We sure love our restaurant, our little city on the lake and the people in the neighborhood surrounding us, but we haven't always been restaurant folk here in Milwaukee.
