Federal Way is nothing to brag about but the apartment is a nice one, everything new, very responsive landlords who are super nice! Lots of closet space, has a little balcony, and blackout curtains for nightshifters! Parking is assigned and community laundry room is just down the stairs. Keypad entry which is nice. Amazon boxes got stolen sometimes.. I honestly think from the driver so i had it delivered to the amazon fresh down the road. Centrally located between seattle and tacoma. Seattle is usually like 45 min away and tacoma about 20 min.
