Gorgeous Two Bedroom Condo on the Northside of Chicago

For the amenities offered, this is a very good value property. You are a very short walking distance to the Metra UPN Rogers Park station and to the Morse Red Line station. You have a variety of great amenities such as restaurants, grocery stores, a laundromat, barber, and more within a short walking distance. The property itself has updated appliances and overall is very nice. The landlord is also very responsive and communicative. Upon arriving, we told the landlord that the AC unit in the living room wasn't working, and the next day two portable AC units were delivered and setup by a handyman in the apartment. The only downsides we experienced were the occasional noisy neighbor or difficulty in finding nearby street parking at certain times of day, but I can't fault this property or the landlord for those. Overall, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the apartment.
