This space is unique in its coziness. It is a small unit, with big tiny-house features. There is a small built-in pantry, a drop-down Murphy table/desk, and the bed is up four stairs in a loft. There is a large storage area under the loft and a small area to hang clothes. It comes with a small dresser that has pull-out baskets instead of drawers. The kitchenette has all the necessary appliances to make your stay comfortable.
The neighborhood is made up of 3-5 acre parcels. Neighbors are very spread out, so Hilltop Hideaway is very peaceful and serene. There are many roads to walk down to enjoy the outdoors. Traffic is very light.

We are Southern California transplants, living here now for the past 25 years. We love all that the Grass Valley/Nevada City area offers. When we're not working we love to visit the local wineries and walk/hike our amazing trails. There are so many things to see and do around that we feel we are on a perpetual vacation.
