Serenity House near Hospitals University and Downtown Cape

This was my home for the entire summer of 2023 and I will carry fond memories of this gem. The location is excellent, just steps away from Capaha park and the Southeast Hospital. The neighborhood is in a safe area with people walking their dogs in the early morning and evening. The view from the sunroom feels like a Disney movie with many Deer coming to rest in the backyard, along with the visitation of hummingbirds, happy squirrels, and bunnies. The house is very spacious, and equipped with everything you need. The landlord was always very helpful and prompt to respond. The property is modern and bright with plenty of sunlight.

Upgraded furnishings, washer/dryer in basement, hardwood floors (lil' creaky in spots), a sunroom, plenty of space, HUGE TV! Everything works, easy/peaceful walk to Southeast hospital, amazing city park 3 blocks away, downtown about a mile away! You can literally see the hospital from the sidewalk! Parked small truck and large SUV in the driveway and had room for another vehicle EASILY! When we had a couple of issues with the home that needed to be resolved, the property owner was prompt and got things done quickly! I would recommend this place for sure! P.S. If you park on the street, park in the flow of traffic, police DO ticket!
