I have owned this house for many years and now like to travel. I spend my winters in the mountains skiing and my summers with my elderly father in Michigan on a lake. I like to rent the house while I am gone so others can enjoy this amazing neighborhood. The house and has a nice kitchen, bathroom and comfortable furniture. There is a great back yard and a front porch to watch the world walk by. There is some flexibility around those dates. Skip the drama of downtown and come to Platte Park.
