Adorable home Tiverton

House is not in healthy conditions whatsoever. I walked into the house and was received by a pungent chemical smell. Being that I am 4 months pregnant my body couldnt take it and I immediately began feeling sick and throwing up. My husband went to inspect the house and ran into stained carpets, couches, mold everywhere, a laundry room with no roof, hair in the toilets and bathroom and overall a filthy place. I tried talking to the landlord in person and she refused, giving only an over the phone option. Her response was also very unprofessional, she told us to get out and proceeded to not return our money back. I couldnt handle being there one night and she decided to keep $2,400 Rent + $300 cleaning fee. If you value your health and sanity do not stay there.

Carrie's home is inhabitable. I arrived Saturday and the whole house was filthy. The carpet was extremely dirty, the couch looked like it was donated, it was stained and dirty, the bathroom had stains all over, there was a ball of hair in the tub along with hairs throughout the bathroom. The AC unit, was moldy. The entire house is dirty. I tried cleaning as much as I could but my roommate arrived on Sunday, she is pregnant and couldn't stand the potent smell of the house so we decided to leave the premises. Carrie, had not returned our money back and she has not responded to our phone calls to get our money back. Needless to say, this has been a bad experience and I would hate for someone else to go thru the same thing. Do not book with Carrie.

I strongly advise against renting this property. Upon my arrival, the home was in an unacceptable state: poop stains in the toilet, food and other belongings left in the kitchen, and razors, towels, and soap left in the bathroom. When I requested the owner to split the cost of a cleaner, I was told I could leave if I was unhappy. The owner refused to provide a refund and insisted on keeping my deposit. I am now stuck here as I already paid. The yard is poorly maintained, and my dog has had health issues since our arrival, including needing a vet visit due to eye irritation and unknown items in his fur. He also sneezes constantly. Save yourself the trouble and find somewhere else to stay. I only gave one star because zero stars isnt an option.
