4th Street Adobe, Unit #2 is a very comfortable and efficient 1 br apartment. It was spotlessly clean and in like-new condition. I found it to be extremely convenient to downtown Tucson attractions. Ample parking is available, both on the property and on street in front. The on-site laundry was new and clean. Each of the three units have a gas grille and outside seating area. While there are many homeless people walking through the neighborhood during the day, it felt safe and I saw no evidence of crime. It is close to the busy railroad tracks, and the owner was open and honest about the noise, even offering ear plugs in the unit. I did not find the train noise to be obtrusive at all, just part of life in the city. E has been a very good host. Easy to organize the booking and payment, and highly responsive to any requests. He takes great care of his properties. I would stay at 44 E 4th Street again, and recommend it for anyone who needs a place near downtown Tucson.
