Cozy studio close to downtown, hospital, river walking trail

Gorgeous one bedroom one bathroom place, everything i needed while traveling for work. amazing part of town and a great yard for relaxing in. easy accessible and an amazing owner, she was eager to help with anything i may need and incredibly welcoming! one of the best places ive stayed in my 5 years of traveling for work.

This duplex/house is a one bedroom one bathroom space that is attached to the hostess house. She is a quiet, friendly and respectful landlady. When I needed anything, she was quick to response/resolve the issue. The space is clean with bright natural lighting. The neighborhood felt safe. Shower only, no tub. The kitchen is small with no stove, so if you like to cook, this may not work for you. There is a 2 top gas burner. Kitchen comes with everything I needed: microwave, coffee maker, pots/pans, silverware, glasses. No spices provided to cook with, so bring your own. Roku TV and Wi-Fi worked great. Pretty fenced in front yard with covered outdoor seating area. Parking spot is close to your front door. You do not need to park on the street. Laundromat is within walking distance. A, the landlady is just wonderful. If Im ever in Santa Fe again, Id love to stay at this place.
