Great basement apartment that is cozy but also spacious. Full kitchen good for home cooking, nice little outdoor patio, large comfortable bed. Close to the best restaurants and bars in Alton, and a short walk to the library and nearby parks. A longer walk or a short drive to The Conservatory, featuring great live music, or Schwegel's for grocery staples.
