Well kept property. Modern features. Landlord is great, very helpful. Responds quickly to any need or problem. All around good place to stay.
This property location was perfect for my commute to the clinic where I worked! It was clean, comfortable, and had no issues of anything breaking down! This studio had great amenities! The owner was gracious, friendly, accommodating, and respectful! I felt very safe there! He provided me with a wide variety of places to eat in Mapleton & Presque Isle! This was a great experience and I highly recommend this place! I would stay there again if I returned to Presque Isle!
