Downtown Summerlin Private Casita with 1 Car...

Great space located in a safe area! Easy communication with owners! I spent 5 weeks here and it felt like home. I think what also makes this space really great is that it is a 10 minute walk to Downtown Summerlin (an outdoor shopping center with stores, outdoor/indoor restaurants, movie theater, Trader Joe's, etc.) and the the bus stop is either a 5 minute or 20 minute walk depending on the bus number. I did not personally have a car during my stay in Las Vegas so I mostly walked everywhere I needed to and even took the bus to The Strip which is about a 40 min bus ride that goes by very fast! My only comments for whomever lives here is that it is a bit difficult with cooking with only 1 pan and 2 seasonings. However, there was an air fryer that made making food all the more faster and easier! I'm so glad that the owners added this into the property prior to my stay! I highly recommend staying here and enjoying what Downtown Summerlin has to offer.

A and T are the loveliest of landlords and are very communicative and attentive to your requests. The space is comfortable, very private and equipped with everything you might need to make your stay effortless. Light and bright with a great desk if you need to work at home. Downtown Summerlin is just across Sahara so it's an easy walk to shops, restaurants and Starbucks (at Macy's). The Washer/dryer is easily accessible via the garage. Speaking of garages...this unit comes with its own and for me was easy to store things I might not need on a daily basis. The neighborhood is very safe and quiet. I very much enjoyed my 3.5 months in Summerlin and would do it again in a heartbeat. Enjoy!

The owners were simply amazing and so accommodating. The place is so clean and secluded. Traveled alone and felt completely safe. The neighborhood was so quiet and the location was great close to many stores. I would stay here again no question about it. It was such an amazing experience and grateful for the owners!
